They rent them from the various companies, when they had to display the TFL roundels on the windcreen, most of them were gutted as their secret was out. :wink:

So there? :wink:

mines got 8 including the driver, but is no different externally to the 9 seater (inc driver)

would i should i could i???????????????

Got to be nine seats including the driver, that also applies to the bus lanes in the smoke.

So in theory 8-seater London PH have as much rights to the bus lanes as their colleagues in their black cabs. :D

Alot of bus lanes in london say 'TFL buses only'.
I'm not sure what the M4 bus lane says.

Don't forget that many 8 seat stretched limos are also licensed as PCV. :wink:

According to my rules about 1847......we tend to work along the lines of shortest possible route around here.

captain cab;
As far as I am aware, you cannot have a sat nav affixed to your screen as it's not permitted.
Try taking a cab up for plate with a sat nav in it, see what happens.
I may be wrong.

My Garmin can be either fixed to the windscreen or place on a beanbag on the dash. :wink:

'....sat nav.....not permitted', from which I take it you mean some authorities won't allow it.

Or do you mean, as catagorically stated in your previous post, 'illegal?'

I didn't say sat nav was illegal....I'm saying taking a passenger by a longer route is....which is what some sat nav's recommend.
