Not if their area has a hard knowledge test, and makes them drive a number of test routes, and makes them do the DSA taxi test, and makes them do a numeracy and a literacy test, and makes them under go disability awareness training, alongside the normal CRB checks and medical, to get their taxi/PH driving licenses.

Better still...seeing as we have Grandfather rights we could be the Jockey and have a Jockeys licence to ride on Old peoples Backs..Giddy-Up Agnes Ch Ch !!

The rapid decline in the Motor sector has taken no prisoners and Managanese Bronze is a victim of the downturn of the sector as a whole. I don't know how Manganese Bronze will turn this around but having a specilaised market might help in some respect.
