Now that China is feeling the recession, what happens if Geeky stop production, thats if they haven't already.
With the UK being the main market how will owners over here get the parts they need under warranty if none are forthcoming

LTI claimed that there was not a TX2 manual gearbox on the shelf anywhere until mid January 09 which is an absolute [edited by admin] take.

What if they stop production there will be none at all

if any of the above happens would the councils that insist on these vehicles be forced to allow the other types without insisting on the Merc 4 wheel steer version, especially London

At this rate, you could buy the whole company for a tenner soon.

That'll make it like Jaguar and Land Rover and GM & Ford & Toyota & Nissan & Peugeot & the rest of them.

But just think about all those nice people going to make a killing from the cab trade with their redundancy money!

Not if their area has a hard knowledge test, and makes them drive a number of test routes, and makes them do the DSA taxi test, and makes them do a numeracy and a literacy test, and makes them under go disability awareness training, alongside the normal CRB checks and medical, to get their taxi/PH driving licenses. :D

Can we think of some more hoops for people to jump through?

The rapid decline in the Motor sector has taken no prisoners and Managanese Bronze is a victim of the downturn of the sector as a whole. I don't know how Manganese Bronze will turn this around but having a specilaised market might help in some respect.

Will the government allow Manganese Bronze to go under?
Methinks a 'loan' is about to be made...
