Is there anyone who thinks Mercedes got to where they are today by treating punters in the same way as LTI treat TX owners? :?

Nope they got there by selling ****'s staff cars

I am talking about one Zone here Selkirkshire when i say 130 cabs, Roxburghshire zone 3, does not have as many, and Bloodknocks zone 1 ?? i think it is only has PH
There are not many in zone 4 either

130 HC's?....how many WAV's out of that?

Methinks you need more.

CC

why?

1. Many wheelchair users have thier own adapted vehicles under the mobility scheme
2. The average demand for a WAV cant be worth the extra spending
3. How many WAV drivers have ben trained and have public liabilty insurance?
4. Have you ever tried pushing a 25stone wheelchair up a ramp?
5. Even WAV's cant accept ALL wheelchairs

your doors too narrow driver, im gonna complain

Considering they make them for a world wide market without the rear steer, about 75k

i shall wait until the 2nd reiteration of the merc cab before i decide if i'm going to invest in one.............actually let me re-phrase that! I've decided that i'm getting one in the future but shall wait a couple of years until the TX4 is paid for before i take the plunge, by that time a 2nd or even 3rd version will be out with all the little problems ironed out not to mention that it would have been tried and tested in London for a number of years.....unless something else comes along that appeals. :D

Another thing you dont get with the TX is a complete model upgrade every couple of years.

I expect they sold several 100,000 cars last year, worldwide, that are being used as taxis.

The fact that only here, in good old blighty, we have such a thing as a purpose built cab, is a reflection on our stupidity.

They now have a massive fleet of them at all German airports, and they are staring to be used in the towns and citys as well

If that wont go in a TX it damn sure wont go in an E7 or other Eurocab.

The TX beleive it or not has the widest door opening (yes I'm sad I've measured them all)

TX is 32 inches whereby all the Euro's float around the 29 inch mark.

What's the good of all that internal space if the door opening is 3 inches less than the TX?

According to the video,to activate the rear wheel steering you press a dashboard button (similar to what Batman has on the Batmobile?),but it only works at speeds below 5mph and not in reverse...
