Doesn't Manchester have a good policy???

Survey every three years and controlled expansion. Why would it need to review its policy??

Businesses and councils make money out of confusion, look at how much money has been made out of deregulation.( bank's, bus's, industry) a few walkaway with millions and many licensing officers. find themselves with a great deal less to do. and a bigger wage packet., while the trade is left fighting amongst itself... with the noisy minority continuously trying to bring everyone else down to their level. just to feel adequate.

yes that is what i had heard.The rep had been told this by the lawyer dealing with the case.

Thats a good possibility as they will be surrounded by de restricted areas

We are re-considering the de-limit of taxis, it will be brought back to licensing committee 11th March.. :shock:

All I can really say... is that... some people are very good at what they do.... stockport has such a person.... and they are very lucky....
