To me and many others, you're just coming across as a very bitter individual.
We have the same problem down in London, drivers who have nothing to do with the LTDA calling on them to part the waters of the Thames, but they contribute SFA to the coffers.
Apparently the LTDA are responsible for the current world financial slowdown.
Maybe it was the NTA?

there is a point to all i do, i an made out to be the badone, did not pay sub which Half true they did get some i asked the director which is now the chairman. when all this started, and what was going on and why we councld not make full payment that year 2007 to 2008 payment for that year was £600 we got the bill, e-mailing head office geting know reply, not being told what was going on.
they were told that thing would have been fine this year, preston would have paid about £3000 this year, not [edited by admin] Bury, Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley. they were not due till January to 31 st March 2009.
They did not wright to us telling us we were out, its not the sub they think its not known but we do. its not the being kick out its the lies i cant stand, the wrighting of letter to preston trying to again hurt me and the association. that what hurts and that i give my time, to help other in the NTA, who could not know help from them, my time, my ink , my paper,
costing me in phone calls. i was out spoken say it as it is we were all going to meeting the same old faces same old thing, not moving on not trying to do anyhing.
paying money to put pepole in hotels paying for going to meetings, travling cost, yet the committe was not paid, the members benifit what benfit ?????????????????????????????????????? that what i am P****d about, all they had you do was waite for two mouths to ee whether i was as good as what i said 31st MARCH. what would have you done a minium of £3000. we were olny kick out in January.
