I think the motorways were designed to make travel easier for everybody that's why the bridges are wide instead of narrow :roll:

Limiters just remove the ability to squirt out of a situation, everything limited is high up on the casulty list, starting with those 50cc fanny mowers that young blokes seem to find so cool :oops:
