Alright then kick her square between the legs then hang her.

Ffs you're harsh

I know Toots but when you see a broken man down on his knees with neighbours talking about him, ex workmates doubting him (I didn't), his name plastered all of the papers and on the local TV news you can understand why I want to hang the bitch. I've seen it first hand mate, he was lucky because his wife and the solid lads on the rank stood by him.

I do indeed. Out of curiousity did they plaster his innocence all over the papers?

Our legal system does not allow a persons "previous" to be raised during a court case, they can be raised for sentencing

That was the case once, now one's bad character can be put forward to a court if it relates to the charges being heard. :D

well the guy who raped the 2 year old had the fact he was the killer of baby p held till after the jury found him gulity...

this is what makes me mad..

Quote:
Peter's mother and lodger Jason Owens were given indefinite sentences. She must serve at least five years and Owens at least three years.

one minute its "idefinite", next its 5 years and 3 years

Quote:

The boyfriend was given 12 years over Peter's death and life for raping a two-year-old girl. He must serve a minimum of 10 years.

12 years plus life = 10 years?

he snapped a 17 month old childs spine....

oh, and why havent they been named, so the general prison population can dish out some extra punishment?

I very much doubt they will get anywhere near the 'ordinary' cons.

Doubt it mate they'll be in their own wing with 24 hour protection and all the mod cons. My Cousin works in Franklin Jail near Durham, they've got some naughty misters in there who have committed some serious crimes like rape and child killings, I asked him if the screws opened the doors so the other prisioners could get at them? He said you've got to be very careful nowdays because the prison service plant spies inside the prison to make sure there's no wrong doings towards the other inmates like letting the other inmates have their way with the rapists and child molesters.
