Ok, I heard a new take on this last night.

The latest info suggests that the lad who died had been being rather unsavory at the time, and ONE marine chinned him and the fatal blow seems to have been him hitting a table on the way down.

The table was mentioned to me at the time btw.


Anyway this seems a more likely story than the original one, and would explain the door staffs actions better, one hit is a lot different to 3 ppl hoofing someone around on the floor.


So if this is the case I owe the door staff an apollogy, as it would've been over before it started and nobody could've prevented that, and it should clear the Marine corps good name as there's nothing out of order about one bloke hitting one bloke, especially if he's been acting like a t***.
