Maybe a run down of the association's views and policies would be nice. :?

So....that'll be eight letters in Charles' association name now then. One more and he'll have what would be the worst selection ever, were it to come up on TV's "Countdown" prog, which strangely enough, I gather he's applied to enter, when the next series starts.

Fair play to you Charles, you take a bit of stick, but you're like the bloody Terminator, you keep getting up and giving it back. I wish you well with your endeavours.

On that topic, how did you get on with the FOS? You suggested in your post of 23rd May that you may possibly have an answer on your "Preston problems" within 20 days (see below and forgive my copy/pasting it).

I'm sure you'll keep us informed, when you are legally able to do so of course. To us mere observers, it seems that both sides in this somewhat strange battle within the trade were rather confident about winning, so someone could end up rather embarrassed!

It as gone before an Ombudsman we awaite. what ever th out come i will post it, if it gose against us it will go befor the courts.

and yes there will be some one "rather embarrassed!" but in all matters like this and there as been a few i do my home work, and taken opionons. from pepole in the know.

I think the FOS want's to pass the buck on this, so if you ask me now i would say i think it will end up a judge deciding this,, but such is life.

but thank you for your post.

Don't forget the FOS wheren't there either, nor, the judge whom you believe will ultimately decide the case. Perhaps they will go on the facts on paper and written in law to make they're decisions.
