I can tell you exactly why, but if I did, one or two on here would get quite upset and I done have the stomach for that just yet.

But maybe in the future; the truth will be told & if noses are put out of joint, then so be it.

I have been a member of the National Private Hire Association for many many years... it has many hackney association's that are members, and many hackney small fleet's, it is obvious that they have already had the benefit of advice from that particular association.
