We had this b*ll*cks in Brum about 18 months ago ..... they wanted to get all the cabs Euro 3 compliant in about 'a day's time' or so.

I produced Birmingham City Council's own Air Quality Management Programme Report off the Internet & asked why?

We weren't even mentioned as a motoring group in the report; that soon shut them up.

So they introduced age limits on licensed vehicles instead, which won't be so draconian.

Pmsl........ there's always those that walk out cos the weather is nice and get a taxi back cos the weather has changed (instead of driving both ways). Once again we shown there is no perfect solution :wink:
