No chance at all that Liverpool would appeal a judgement like that.

They might have considered it solely on the issue of costs, but on the issues of substance they were beaten hands down.

On thing the judgment does ..... it also relieves LTI from having to make a taxi with a 25 foot turning circle + that could be helpful to them in the long run IF they produce a good enough vehicle.
