With the case going before the high court on 22ND Oct i was interested in your views on what you think will happen .There is a lot of speculation in Dundee on what effect this is going to have on the taxi trade.Below is a copy of the sheriff court judgement.

If there's any justice Dundee Council will be looking for new legal people soon.

What does your best practise guidance say?

If it says that councils should be flexible, then I think that's the way the court will go.

It is similar to the Sneddon case......and the LA won that one.
