I have often wondered what would happen in a post on the Forum if posters kept replying while quoting the previous poster.

How small would the original post eventually become?

I'd love to find out ..... wouldn't you?

You just knew that would appeal to me I could play for hours at this game if I didn't have to go to work.

In fact I'd enjoy it so much I'd post twice about it

What are you two on now, ffs?

If you don't understand the rules read the original post by Brummie

Quote:
Are you going out now on the night shift?

I am indeed until 7am. I love my life

What's the point, or is the work pattern in your area totally different than Brum?

Here the work finishes about 2.30 - 3.00 am on a Saturday morning, so you need to be out about early to mid-evening to do any good.

I'll be busy til 7am. Half of them don't go out til after midnight. It's a strange place here that's why I moved

If they went out that late in Brum they wouldn't get in anywhere ..... anywhere decent that is.

Doesn't matter here there isn't anywhere decent to go to anyway, unless they go to Liverpool and so long as you are there by 01:30 you're ok to get in

What time do your clubs & pubs close on a Saturday & Sunday morning & how many stay open that late?

It's 4am now. It used to be 6am until one of the trained bouncers helped somebody fall down the stairs and theres less than a dozen clubs and pubs in the centre of town. Liverpool is different it's 6 am there for some of the clubs and then of course we have Wallasey which is 3am and Hoylae which is 1/2am.

Almost all of our clubs close at 3.00am on a Saturday morning, with suburban pubs closing at 1.00 - 2.00am.

On a Sunday morning it's the same except the pubs tend to close at 2.00am & only one club stays open regularly until 6.00am.

Occasionally there are special events with the odd club staying open until 6.00 or even 9.00am on a Sunday morning.

Which is crap really for the supposed second city.

I was told tonight that one of our clubs is to be open all night on holloween and that usually means til after 9am. These people must have hollow legs ffs

Have we quoted as much as we can :?

maybe not

looks like I may have boobed on the last post  it's still quoting

So it is :D

What day is Halloween this year?

31st October, I think!

That's the date, I wanted the day.

Is it on a weekend, otherwise I don't know why the clubs in Toots' arae would be open until 9.00am on a weekday.

Just looked on the calendar, it's a Saturday.

Oh well it'll be like any other weekend here. Full of witches and the evil dead tryin to kop off with them  I guess I should be thankful for small mercies cos it's the only time the lads will make an effort here to dress up and that's when it's fancy dress

got sent for a hire at the local rugby club last night, guess what they were having a halloween party. And here's me thinking only Xmas gets earlier every year

Better still I think I got the only 2 there not dressed up for the occasion.

A fast scroll throgh this page is starting to resemble one of thon hynosis things the used on 60s TV programmes

We've got bl%dy fireworks going off every night round here already! :x

Ohhhh, I hate fireworks they frighten me. Somebody threw a lit banger in a phone box I was using when I was a kid and I've not liked them since, even tho when I see them on tv they're pretty. What day is bonfire night on?

It's not until 5th November this year, FFS!

Have you seen this post Toots; it's bl**dy long.

All your fault, you're so encourageable!!

Paddy died in a fire and was burnt pretty badly. So the morgue needed someone to identify the body. His two best friends, Seamus and Sean, were sent for. Seamus went in and the mortician pulled back the sheet.
Seamus said "Yup, he's burnt pretty bad. Roll him over".
So the mortician rolled him over. Seamus looked and said "Nope, it ain't Paddy."
The mortician thought that was rather strange and then he brought Sean in to identify the body.
Sean took a look at him and said, "Yup, he's burnt real bad, roll him over."
The mortician rolled him over and Sean looked down and said, "No, it ain't Paddy."
The mortician asked, "How can you tell?"
Sean said, "Well, Paddy had two [edited by admin]."
"What? He had two [edited by admin]?" asked the mortician.
"Yup, everyone knew he had two [edited by admin]. Every time we went into town, folks would say, 'Here comes Paddy with them two [edited by admin]....'"

"Mummy, why are your hands so soft?"
Mum replies.
