Manchester licensing committee are believed to have voted no to de-limiting today. It has to be ratified by full council on Dec2. Usually full council endorse sub committee.

Good news at last, common sense from a Council who have no doubt been looking at goings on up and down the country with regards to lack of rank spaces.

No criteria as yet. They meet the trade tomorrow something might come out then. Will keep posted.
