I believed your statement, wonder what Lynda thinks?

Yeah so did I so I asked her

She said she was surprised they even turned up at Sandown with the amount of people gunning for them.

She suspects they used her salary and expense money to pay for the stand, yes youv'e guessed it they STILL have not paid her

You saw what you saw when you saw it pal.

Diplomat have just asked it to be pointed out that they where rammed both days between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

And they would like the above 'bullshit post' removed.
I will leave others to decide whether they wish to believe Mr Cab Controller or Diplomat.

My vote would be with Cab Controller, well anyone else actually except those lying B*****d's at Diplomat. :^o

On second thoughts they could be correct, maybe the reason they were "rammed" both days was because everyone was asking for their money back, for goods ordered that had been paid for and not delivered. :-$ But don't tell anyone will you?

Does that mean I have to register? not sure I know how.

Just click on register enter you e-mail address and your user name and you are instantly registered, can post straight away. For those who do not want to be recognised just set up a free hotmail e-mail address, this also prevents others from spamming you as you will only use that address for the purpose of TDO. 8) 8)

Eric.
you know I will get blamed for your posts, it aint the first time this bunch have lost a county court case, but still, I know of no one who has got thier money

I wish Lynda all the best, hope she enjoyed her day in court, but its money down the drain.

they could do what they did in the past, liquidate.

Hi Yorkie

Lynda thanks you for your support, however this was not a county court hearing it was an Employment tribunal.

Sorry to those others who have not had their money, but Wages are something that is entirley different to just money owed.

It would suit this situation for them to liquidate as if they did she would be guaranteed payment from a government fund, regardless if they had the money or not. :D

Next stage is county court, at which point they will have no choice but to pay, they can not dispute the amount you see as it has already been determined. 8)

If they can not aford to pay it the courts will wind them up. :P

Those guys will have to get out of bed a bit earlier, if they are to try and rip Lynda off, she knows what she is doing and she knows why.

Apparantly she also gets to keep the Lap Top, whatch out for it on ebay

How can anyone think you are me or vise versa Yorkie?

Alex, thanks for keeping those posts on re this mob that others have written, it is important they do not get a chance to rip anyone else off. If we had seen those posts before then we would definatly not got involved with them.

Regards

Eric

Jason the director boy thinks that Diplomat has only one critic, and they are in Sutton in Ashfiels the rest of us are thier lapdogs.

yes one company was wound up over the sale of data heads, but althogh a Sutton in Ashfield company paid them back (the taxi firms) the data heads were never delivered so that went to county court and they wound the company up!

yeh Stewart and co are good at colour ads, and giving programmes away that are useless to the untrained but delivering good well they have a track reccord.

they got embarassed once and got Alex to remove critical e-mails .

Jason is a good lad but he was warned from getting mixed up with this crowd, but he wanted to be director, it just [edited by admin] it up when he grows up and will have a line of failure.

they keep telling me they are successful but cant pay wages? kin ell they are an embarasment.

heard about a couple of years back? they promised to give some forum lads a part of thier stand, had them travelling miles from Gateshead and Mansfield only to [edited by admin] them off

Later Stewart claimed they had booked hotel rooms for them!
god dont they do anything for cash?

no Ive heard loads about this crowd, the trade would be better off without them!

give my love and best wishes to Lynda.

hear thier insolvency people are in Blackburn of all places.

Hi Yorkie

They can run, but they can't hide.
Well not anymore, With all the past history, simple as that. :D :D

The investigators do tend to look more closely after the first time, especially if there is inside information, that can be substantialted, and common names keep comming up, for example a dormant company that by it's own addmission to Company's house is not trading, issuing written confirmation of employement, wage slips with tax and NI deducted and no record of these monies being paid to the tax office.

I think the expression goes something like, Got em by the B***s.

Thanks again for your support.

That's me finished with this now as I would not want to become a bore. 8)

Regards

Eric

Have now been running evocab for tweve months been through bugs upgrades and sleepless nights yet have decided to go for the new CT4000 data head so they must be doing something right! - but don't like prices.

We also took associated IVR system February 2004 - 82,000 jobs February 2005 - 103,000 jobs it works!!!(most of the time)

Biggest problem still speed of search on locations, accounts and vehicle database, booking screen almost as fast as good o'l Sirius but has taken many months to get there.

Peripherals - sat finder and connection £200.00!!!! please help us to get it reduced as drivers damage/destroy them far too quickly
