any one work in bury................ they must have special rules on ph i was behind a transit with ph plates on plate no 666 ............ nothing strange in that until u read lic for ten passengers not eight, but it was a bury bc ph plate............... something i dont know about up there

I know that but I checked the plate 3 times it said no of passenger 10
