aye come on jimbo, what exactly does CRT and the goings-on have to do with you? sweet feck all.

It's everybody's business.

Murray is a scumbag and he has directly interfered in my business. He's fair game to have his wings clipped.

When will you guys realise that CRT do not operate in isolation. The company has developed into a cancer that has inordinate control in the trade. As such, those driving it are bringing it into disrepute.

Now, this is opinion, not libellous. But if you think it is, let's go back into court and discuss it before a judge. I'd just love to do the full Max Moseley gig.

I'm hacked off about the inequality in this trade. I'm hacked off with you feckwits lording it over everyone else.I'm fed up with the taxi companies conspiring with the council to suppress competition.

And it all stems from Murray and COOLky. COOLky is now sidelined, out of the frame. Murray remains.

So, answer the qurestion, what was Murray's personal PH plans with the Auriga 2, and were the members aware that their Company Secretary was aiming to go into business with them. Is it fit and proper for a company official to be developing compeition interests to the position he holds without the members' knowledge, a clear conflict of interest.

And lets be quite clear, this CRT paragon of virtue knew full well that election to office was subject to ownership, either by rule or implication, and that COOLky didn't qualify, and deliberately obscured that non-qualification from the members. And not just for the last election, but also for previous ones. This was a deliberate act. Is it fit and proper for an office bearer to deliberately seek to fool the members in this way? At best, doesn't this show scant regard for those he was elected to serve? At worst, doesn't it betray a deviousness that is too dangerous to the members to be allowed to remain in position?

Now, are these matters too rich for you Travis? And, being on the committee as you are, are you poised to step into Murray's shoes when he is dumped? Travis, are you the "cuckoo" in the CRT nest?

CRT members are about to elect its management committee. Without full knowledge of who you are, don't they do so with the certainty that they could unwittingly be voting a devious cuckoo to the top level. Replacing one devious incumbent with an even more devious one? Out of the proverbial frying pan into the raging fire?

BTW Trav, get the feeling that youve been outed?

BTW2 Another post that will be put on TDO for safe keeping

no idea
i don't give it much thought, committee men whether they be in bowling clubs or taxi companies, are always out for themselves.
the lowest common denomination IMO.
and not worth the sheat on my shoes(if i had any)sheat that is (i have shoes)

but if you interfere in another mans business then you'll find that sooner or later that man will interfere with yours.

from what i remember of Murray, when i was was at CRT is that he was dense as diamonds, how he finds himself at the helm of Edinburgh's finest  kinda shows you how bad the other members are for voting him in.

come to think of it why on earth do you need a committee anyway :?: :?: :?:
