Yet more bad news!
Looks like Mr A is now under investigation from a Radio Circuits lawyers!
Some time ago when I first started The Nissen Hut blog (No, not me!
) I warned a certain blog owner that he could be held responsible should anyone take offence to what he was publishing on his blog.
The blogsite I am referring to is The Anderson Shelter.
Unfortunately, Mr Thomas the Taxi , Aka Jim Thomas took no notice and embarked headlong into a tirade of rants and attacks on various individuals, institutions and companies making outlandish statements and printing a lot of stories without being able to back up his claims with hard evidence.
His gun-slinger approach to writing seems to be popular with quite a few cab drivers. However, as I have said before, he writes an awful lot of half truths and makes wild accusations backed up by no actual evidence!
Recently Mrs Taxi took delivery of TTT's first writ issued by and on behalf of ComCab for printing a story making accusations about ComCabs operations and procedures; to which he has had to issue a full retraction and apology!
Could this be the real reason he stood down from his role as the RMT (London) taxi branch, ranks and highways representative?
I contacted TTT and informed him I was aware of the article and retraction he has tried deviously to hide from being revealed; it can be found buried in the archive of his blog.
Realising the potential embarrassment this revelation would cause him and his friends, I offered him the opportunity to make his own statement, because I know how hard lately he has been struggling for a decent headline. Unfortunately he has decided to take the undignified approach to dealing with this problem by accusing me of blackmailing him and calling me a scumbag!
The comments printed on the Anderson Shelter with my name on have been tampered with and altered to bolster his claims of blackmail; this giving himself the opportunity to create a defence. Like all bully's and abusers do when they get caught, he is now playing the victim card! I can assure you his latest claims are another TTT fabrication.
Other fabrications printed on his blog are accusation that Grant Davis, Peter Rose, Steve Macnamara, Bob Oddy, or any other cab trade figure are Nissen Hut personnel, I can assure you,
THEY ARE NOT!
Now I didn't force him to print Jason Byrnes story, he took this decision himself ; as he has also taken the decision to remove the retraction and doctored original article in an arrogant attempt to hide the truth; which I am now happy to uncover what he has gone to great lengths to hide from YOU!

TTT is causing division among cab drivers. In my opinion he and his blog are a disgrace, and the cause of great embarrassment to our trade! At best he is an antagonist who takes great delight in causing pain and suffering to anyone who gets in the way of what he sees as a crusade to save the cab trade. Underneath his pain and anger is a person that appears to have some issues; hence the rather childish name for a 6o something year old man to adopt, TTT. My personal opinion is that he is unstable, and the sooner he seeks some professional help for his problems the better!
