The DFT are doing 3 test areas, the results will come from that, I think.

The DDA, as it was allowed LA's to positively discriminate.....IMO anything below 50% aint positive.....

In some places they will be lobbying for the next six months against loads more WAVs, and then after the DfT have given their %, those same places will be lobbying for 100% WAVs.

But by then it may well be too late.

Speaking from a Dundee point of view i think it would be hard for any demonstration to come to the conclusion that Dundee needs 50% wavs.Especially when at the last licence meeting a council official with 17 years experience said that people in wheelchairs do not use ranks.(allot of shxt).
I know Dundee are keen to be one of the city's taken part in the demonstrations.

TBH does it matter?

It seems to me Dundee with different rules for different licensees, is an example of how NOT to do things.

Carlisle would be ideal......since the situation with the station rank changed we have less WAV's !!
