hi again, this love affair with an old taxi is heading for the divorce court, spent all day trawling the scrap yards to find a sender unit(fuel) i found that an old triumph acclaim one, minus a bit of pipe seemed to be a good match, but still no good, zero reading ,tried joining the sender unit wires together and still nil at the gauge,so unless anyone has any other ideas i guess a new gauge must be next??? by the way i am missing the second fuse in row Bany idea of what size fuse is needed, and what it controls?? thanks again Baz

You could download a drivers handbook from this site http://www.londontaxiclassics.com/ that will tell you what the fuses do.
