In actual fact, why dont Edinburgh allow its PH fleet to be HC?

Lets just transfer the PH licenses to HC and therefore ensure all disablities are catered for, the current vehicles licensed in the view of many other LA's dont cater for specific ailments.

The PH drivers are already licensed and therefore fit and proper.

Plus, it will end the claim that no one can claim to be doing everything thing they can to protect vulnerable young females, as long as qualified drivers are being denied unfettered access to the tools of their trade.

Why would a sexual predator want to rent out his cab or sell his plate? I thought that your argument was to derestrict so that these sexual predators could get unfettered access to plates.

Hang on a minute this isn't relevant to the statements you made of me which were "Driven by your own greed and self-interest" to which I asked "What greed? What self interest? " and "you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the situation, now would you? " and again I asked "How exactly do I take advantage of the situation now".
