Well I did mean 'conditions' in the loose sense, ie as something that the driver has to adhere to, not the form that this something comes in.

But, anyway, the High Court clearly disagrees with you re the DSA case.

I would have a read of the Button book if I was you!

BTW, I don't have any of the books, but I'm maybe getting one for Xmas - what's the title of the Kearns book, I didn't know they did one :?:

I think the publication date was delayed for the umpteenth time, so it didn't come out until this year.

But I thought you would have known that, I mean you would have been queuing at Waterstone's for the first copy, surely :D
