has anybody out there returned a finance car after over half the agreed term????
my agreement states that i can return the vehicle after half the term providing the vehicle is in reasonable condition. What is reasonable condition for a x taxi having done 180,000 miles?
I have been told that they just stick the car into auction as they have made enough to cover the cost of the car, ...............does anyone know if this is true or will i need to get the car tidied up and valeted...................

Yes i have done this, as long as the car is in full working order and not all bashed up you will be fine. Also you tyres have to be legal or they will bill you for having to put tyres on.

I have also done this. In my case the vehicle sold at auction for more that the finance company were entitled to so they sent me a cheque for the balance.

If you have insurance or warranty being paid as part of the agreement, these still have to be paid in full.
