Neither do I Jim Kerr, who writes for them sked me a question, I wrote him an answwer via e mail, what he put in there I have no idea.

There are people who would disagree, like the driver issued with a £60 fixed penalty ticket and three points for picking up on zebra crossing zig zag lines, when I fought his corner and got it cancelled he was more than happy,
