Does anyone know how to PERMANENTLY change the Default Spelling and Grammar Language checker in Word & Excel on all Windows systems, from the dreaded English (US) to the beloved English (UK)?

My system is Windows 7, if that make a difference.

I have already done that, but sometimes when I copy & paste an article from the Internet into Word, it reverts back to English (US) & no matter what I try in that scenario I can't get the language to change to English (UK).
