hi all...
does anyone know if you can have a hackney carriage plate in a company name or does it have to be in an individual persons name

I think a companies name is fine.

You can have it in a company name, but your council might want to know all the directors.

Its in the 1847 act that the council must keep a register......so I'd say its law.
