what are costs likely to be when losing an appeal against a driving ban as a taxi driver in the county court?

Won't be county court. Will be Crown court.

Put the question on www.pepipoo.com

Is the "County Count" the next one down from the Lord Lieutenant of the local county?

Perhaps he ('cause a she would be a Countess) is the right hand man of the Sheriff in a Shire?

Care to clarify CC?

By the way costs against would depend on the costs incurred by the winning party and how the Judge apportions them. Costs run up by the loser would remain their own.

The cost of the Court itself is - in the greater scheme of things - negligible.

Do you mean Magistrates' Court, or an appeal from there to the Crown Court?
