Just wondering what sort of plank tells his customers to phone the opposition and then claims numbers should be restricted because there's not enough work :?
Can't be that bad if you can afford to cherry pick

Is everyone in Blackpool as thick as you? FFS

Gusmac do you really know what your on about here?If someone comes to me to go out of town and i dont want to go, i dont.

So why would you not want to go? Too busy?
like I said earlier You make a damn good argument for derestriction

What part of that is difficult for you ?

You won't get the likes of me going there BP.
Never have, never will.

Aberdeen city of culture, dont make me laugh.Although i must admit your really intelligent  I really shouldnt have to explain this but if your a bit slow on the uptake here goes. Most people who come to a rank in blackpool wanting to go out of town will have a figure they think they should pay.For instance in a ph you could go to preston for 25 ish pounds or manchester airport for 45 pounds, without getting into too much detail this isnt viable for me as a hackney. Now was that so difficult to understand ? Where in your head has that got anything to do with deristriction ?

plus he charges MORE than the meter fare (£35) so how much £45? - yet his local PH are charging £25

he should be minted!

Whilst I dont agree with blackpool on many things, his motor is his concern, provided it passes a test, is there an issue?

oh cc youve hurt my feelings.Dont really want to go on about this cause itll get boring.People here must be different cause 9 times out of ten when someone approaches you here to go out of town theyll ask "how much".If you say on the meter, they wont go they want a fixed price, thats because of our beloved ph giving huge discounts. Now and again as ive said allready i do go but itll be more than whatever a company charges. So ill ring one of my friends on ph.{Yes i do have some}and give it them.As for comment about vehicle i always hear the same thing ,old cab blah blah. My cab has to go over a inspection every 4 months .Its stricter than a normal one because it has to be of "exeptional condition"meaning you fail on too many things and your off the road you cant put it back on.I take that risk because i know how good the cab is.I maintain and drive it myself so dont you worry about little old me.as for he might be wealthy, sorry pottless all donations can be sent to me !

its strange that some LAs allow 20 year old taxis to carry the fare paying publc when TNT/DHL and the like age-limit owner drivers to 4 year old vans.....youd think people were more important than overnight parcels, then again, maybe not

Are you saying a older vehicle isnt roadworthy. Where do you get this evidence from?
