if your smartphone has internet/data you should be able to tether it to a notebook/laptop via its wifi or a cable, if your a BT broadband customer and theres a hotspot nearby you can piggyback that too

No it isn't. It is only an offence if it can been seen by the driver whilst the vehicle is moving. The system should automatically turn the TV off when the vehicle moves.

It automatically blanks the screen at 2mph this can be over ridden with a box, but not taking the chance as you never know who is in the car :wink:

I did make enquiries about tweetalondoncab but was told they have very little work in the subs

I don't let kids anywhere near mine and I guess it worked cos it's still pink, mine you I've only had it for about 4 years now........
