Or so they say.

Rapid recharge? Will drivers be able to charge punters waiting time during a recharge?

If LTI are serious about a 250 mile limit, I'd be interested, even if were around the £45K mark.

I'm going through £45 in derv for that sort of mileage.

The batteries would need a good 5 year life.

Battery?

Oop's it a hydrogen one!

I gather they'll be using Bus Station fuelling facilities as they have Hydrogen buses.

Wonder if we'll get it at the same knock down price they pay for their fuel at the moment, which I gather is about £1.09 a litre. (plus their vat re-bate  )

It's not water it runs on, it's hydrogen. (Which is extracted from water)
Water is what comes out the exhaust, I think.

BTW they'd tax fresh air if somebody found a way to power a car with it.

There is the other problem, due to the filling stations only being in London, what happens if you get a nice long run, you may get there but will need a tow back

I'm quite certain that the future of all cars is via hydrogen, so I would imagine if I'm right then it should get up to your manor eventually.

And that's when they start and tax water. I can't see it sopping at 19p per litre for long. The Government will soon be on it's case.
