Makes you laugh doesn't it?? The lad came in last night with a can of that stupid energy drink they sell in the shops (not Red Bull) I said what are you drinking that for have you been running?? He said "no I just like it". I said to him give me the can for one moment"?
I looked on the back where it gives you the nutritional breakdown, for 450ml there was over 420 calories loaded with sugar, glucose and carbohydrates of 250grms. The missus said "stop getting on at him he likes it". I said, "he might was well be eating 10 Mars Bars because they'll have less cr@p.
