With regard the ownership of the site, the only reason I would want to know the real names of whoever is involved is if the site published articles under the site name on behalf of the membership, I'd just like to know who's agenda I was supposidly backing.

Well thankfully anything published under the site's name has nothing to do with you and any reasonable person would know that.

You're a member of the discussion forum where each individual can proffer their own views.

Incidentally, please don't confuse ownership of the site with the domain name registant - these are different matters.

Finally I'm sick of all this equality for drivers s**t, we are in a service industry and should concentrate on what is fair and best for the consumer, if we don't like the T&C of licenses we should get out of the trade, after all thats the advice given to those involved who claim they are struggling financially so why not give the same advice to everyone not happy, surely that would be fair.

Neither you nor Nidge seem to like the T&Cs of your licenses, so why don't you follow your own advice?

So you've stopped reading Cab Trade News then?

As regards the point in question, it's hardly worth bothering discussing.

If you base it on quality controls, then this differs from LA to LA, and in some LAs it's more difficult to become a PH driver than to become a HC driver in other areas, so the basic premise of the issue isn't really relevant.

In any case, there are good drivers under both codes and dross under both as well, irrespective of the standards set by LAs.

Perhaps we should recognise that it comes down to individuals in the final analyis, although the standards set by each LA is relevant.

Thus it's largely pointless generalising.

No Nigel you're not a Cab driver, you never have been and never will be. You have ably demonstrated on several occasions that you know absolutely nothing whatsoever about the Taxi trade.

What you really are is a manic-depressive bordering on a schizophrenic. That’s why you need your daily dose of Prozac to see you through the day. It is no wonder you don't know your azz from your elbow with all those voices in your head fighting to get out.

Any man who states he only earns a few hundred pounds a week, then turns down a fare increase and then states "he needs to find 326 pound per week before he starts to make a penny for himself", has to be a little lose in the head. You did say you had to find 326 per week didn't you? Or was that more bullchit emanating from that inadequate mind of yours?

Oh by the way sunshine, you just made yourself look a bigger fool. "Figure that one out" after you've had a few more Prozac's.

JD so good and true,
to reply like that is not to do.
Nige is upset, about the kipper,
hes been wound up by his mate flipper,

JD think it through,
realy its not the thing to do,
Hes not only the one all over,
theres cushy dusty sat in clover,

over these past few days,
the postings have decayed
JD dont join in
to do so is a sin.

respect is what youve earned
dont set alight to be burned.
hold your head so high,
so it will be well in the sky.

I must say Bill, I'm impressed. Best one yet. very good. Credit where credits due.

I fully understand the concern Mr Paddington but it wasn't me who started the personal attacks. If some people want to play those games then they better make sure they are standing on high moral ground because if they aren't, they are heading for a big fall.

Best wishes

JD

I know full well how you feel,
It make you spit and want to Kneal,
but cant you see, whats the matter,
the taxidrivers aint getting fatter,

JD I say to you, this day,
lowering to Nige does not pay,
in the eyes of those who admire,
you sink into a quagmire,

This site improoved in december,
surely you must remember,
now the ques have gone from the rank,
and money is sinking in the bank.

JD I am amazed at our nige, he should be barred,
for in his postings many hes tarred,
but let me tell you what I think,
he changes over a homely drink.

ask the London Lads so true,
they know Nige, from the blue,
once they thought he was very bad,
he had with them a drink they know hes sad.

Moral high ground hey?? This site is a couldron of hate towards the hackney trade engineered by you and your so called rights and wrongs. Get a grip Mr Spencer you are not a cab driver, you'll never be a cab driver your someone who preaches the rights and wrongs about the trade, I'll tell you what you sound like a failed solicitor.
