okay okay, give it up dude you obviosly work for the dodgy SHINY SKY LTD trading as Arrow cars. I would be amazed if any non-wythenshawe taxi driver from the firm would know how to get anywhere from the airport WITHOUT using the motor-way.. And legally as they have asked the city council to be exempt from the sticker sinage law, they are then putting them selves in a position of braking the law if they pick up of the estate. decision isn't even mad until 21/05/2011. 317,000 overdrawn the companmy is at the moment. I'm not a driver I'm a controller on the estate, and all this company is gonna do is now increase our local firms work loadas as arrows prices arnt just abit extra, they're rediculous. i give it a few more weeks and the drivers locally who have started working there will be coming back with humble pie.. From what you are wanting and expecting from a private hire firm is for them to be a chauffeur, and they are not, so if you want the executive and luxery treatment for your journy think you may as well book a limousine. Cant kid a kidder and you cant blag a blagger, wythenshawe is the second larghest council estate in europe and we know a con when we see one and we are not gonna let it slide, that a company who have lied and won a government fund by pretending to donate to money to in-need organisations (who happen to be the two 2% share holders of shiny-sky ltd). How does a company that has been in liquidation under several other names, and has the 98% share-holder as an UNKNOWN get a huge contract such as manchester Airport, its not right, not fair demoralising to say the least, as mcr city council has desplayed utter dis-regard for any private hire taxi firm in the whole of Greater Manchester... KARMA train coming for them and belive me, if you type shiny sky ltd in a google search thats where you find the dodgy stuff and official government documents.. Arrow cars need to jog on and cut there losses whilest they still can!
