Do people think they can get away without declaring savings nowadays? There's new software thats been developed that tracks people's financial footprints, it flags everything up from bank accounts to Working Tax Credits, all Councils are privvy to this information and are using it to it's full potential thus saving them hundreds of thousands of pounds.
