I'm very reliably informed that the Southampton CCTV appeal will be heard on Thursday and Friday.

Quite how long we have to wait for a judgement, who knows, but it will be a very interesting read.

Of great interest to me as I have a number of clients in Southampton all with several different viewpoints. Long term it would not surprise me if insurance companies started to give discounts for vehicles with CCTV.
