If the law commission get there way all HC's will be on a radio circuit, they aint looking at PH operations too much.....its the lack of services offered by HC they're looking at.

What's time got to do with it?

As per my example, making a £10k unearned windfall profit is surely less of an abuse than making a £30k unearned windfall profit?
