Can't see that happening somehow, but I'm not hugely worried about what the LC says, because for one it won't make a lot of difference to me, and secondly I'm more concerned about exposing the shambles of taxi regulation rather than bringing the likes of yourself back down to earth by seeing your so-called 'investment' in a 'business' come crashing down around you. :-|

Despite the abuse from the likes of yourself and Mr T part of me would be happy to see the status quo prevail.

I'm not the type to enjoy seeing anyone kicked back down to size, even the arrogant and self-serving with a hugely exaggerated idea of their own self-importance

dusty.. when I read what you write it reminds me of the coursework my daughter had to present for her degree... she would have to write 3 or 4000 words on a subject which she could have explained in a 1000 words... etc etc.... and reality is far from the massive assumptions that you make... continuously... etc etc..... it makes one give up the will to live.... and you and Sussex are the people who continue go on about plate values. it's your fixation... people who own plates hardly ever give it a thought...... and it might surprise you to know..... we know that values go up and down... we all know that from the beginning...... were not worried...... just you.... etc etc.... you don't Debate... you lecture....

I have a feeling that by the time the Law Commission has finished.... the losers will be..... private hire drivers.... and hackney drivers... whether they own or rent..... unless of course something more important comes along....

Thinks its something to do with it being the bogy in the green eyes of outsiders...their jealosy will eventually devour them.

And the words 'devour', 'green' and 'bogey' in the same sentence doesn't conjure up particularly pleasant thoughts
