no problem Charles, here's the link to the Durham one, please note Durham recently become a Unitary Authority and have now ordered all cabs to be the same colour, but the general princile you might want to argue should be the same;

I'll try and find the Stockport one, from memory that was based around what a driver may lose in advertising revenue.
