Can anyone point me in the right direction to see what some councils may be laying down re the above. There is utter disrespect by some drivers down here in S Somerset and our council seem not to be at all concerned.
I have seen the Fastblacks (Edinburgh) page but would be grateful for any other pointers you good folk out there may be able to provide.
Cheers,
Dave.

I'm not convince councils have powers to lay down Etiquette standards, other than the basic 'fit and proper' criteria.

I think they could have rules that apply around the ranking side of things, but away from that I'm not sure much can be done.

I refer you to the 'Merry Chirstmas' thread - didn't you know that it's all sweetness and light in the trade. ](*,)

Unfortunately though I think that's just the way people are these days, and politicians aren't interested in rules and boundaries.

What sort of things did you have in mind?

Apparently we have a 'code of conduct'. However I have no idea what it is as I've never seen it

Here are some rules that we try to follow - not everyone manages it but most do.
