I agree with the dole-ites comment, it seems to me that the chavvy 1 parent family will use a taxi far more than any wage earrner, then again the wage earner probably buys a car and uses it

dunno what to do, car WILL need a grand spent on it come easter (28 school runs away), but if thats in a 3 year life, i cant grumble, the only other part its used has been a water pump/2 coils/brakes....

a new car (max of 4 years old) will cost at least £6K, and i dont do HP

mines not white so cant be a hack, so cant rank up

should spray it white? would the LA swap me from PH to HC?....and inc age exemption...

cars too old for a 1st hack plate on any LA around me

If you have the option to become a Hack i.e. plates not restricted in your manor then surely its the logical option anyway you can still do all your other work plus spend a little time working a rank
