 Post subject: is there a time limit?

Our council recently advertised a new set of tariffs in the local press. The date for people to respond passed at the start of February. There were 2 objections to the proposed table of fares. Is there a time limit in which the council have to respond before the process has to start again?

Yes. Section 65 explains all.
