Just wonderful they've just released the details of when the olympic torch relay comes through town IN RUSH HOUR !

It arrives in the town at quarter to 5 and is going to take a very circuitous route along most of the roads that get gridlocked at that time of day !!!! If you hear of cabbies throwing themselves off high buildings on July the 3rd you'll know why !

Seriously though i can see that the only way to deal with it is to offer either a restricted service or no service at all for 3 hours because you can bet your life on the police shutting the entire the entire town centre for 3 hours

Storm in a Teacup. I wouldn't worry if I were you, the Local Rag may cover it and that's about the lot.

I think that 100 mile tailbacks are only in the minds of the Promoters. Maybe there will be lots of kids lining the road for when it comes by their school. I'm sure that your passenger will understand.

If you ask me nicely, I will see if I can put it out for you when it comes our way at lunchtime. Of course it is on our market day as well.

Yes you could try out that fire extinguisher that we must all have, but must never use

It'll be a bit like sex then. You wait for ages building up the exitement and then it is all over in a couple of minutes. Of course with sex there won't be hundreds of people lined up to watch..............will there?

In the 70ties in Sweden they even had these live "shows" :P. I wouldn't be so sure about people not lining up if you're good at what youre doing :P

by the way, I have just arrived :) Hello all.

When my ex wife left me she said it was because I was no good in bed. I asked her how she was able to form that opinion in only 2 minutes.

here's a thought why not slip some crushed up blue tablets into the torch bearers drinks bottles that might make the procession a little more interesting !
