It means he sees an opportunity to make money, for Brodies LLP Solicitors. However, if he is willing to wear his heart on his sleeve, and do the work pro-bono, or only take full payment upon getting results. I think it would be a good idea to enlist his services, at least to the point where he proves himself, one way or the other.
I wouldn't pay him a penny up front.

You see that's the problem with lawyers, they get paid regardless of whether they win or lose. For the most part, I think it's a profession full of scam artists, just out to line their own pockets.
