There are laws for lots of things. Enforcement is the problem.

VOSA has seized dozens over the last few months at various checkpoints around central London.

Lots of chavs stranded !

Oh it is, they've been out with the Police for nearly 3 months, we've seem loads on tow trucks.

The message must be getting around too, as Lincolns Inn Fields (well known limo waiting area) has been very empty of late.
