Still nevermind, I've lived this model for the last three years and eventually nobody gets a cab so they will shove off eventually because they can't make the pay in, and here the [edited by admin] that uses this company to feed his driver lust is seeing them roll in and out on a 3 week rota as they work it out the whole thing is a lie and a scam on them, I think we should have a good war so we can get the mind straight again, too many ppl in this country working their own agenda rather than the good of the country, mind you these types wouldn't have the bottle to get into combats and fight anyway.
It costs the company work as well. Since we employed Asians and Polish our workload has gone down the pan, people don't phone up anymore they use other companies who don't have these people driving for them.
The complaints we get are horrendous from customers, eratic driving, drivers talking on their mobile phones without a hands free kit, speeding, over charging the list is a big one.
