If the product is so unbelievably good then why are there so many terms and conditions? Maybe I’m old school but what ever happened to try before you buy or money back if not 100% satisfied? If you were as confident as you claim, you wouldn’t need such stuff. Covering your tail with so much legal stuff sends out completely the wrong message so it’s not surprising that folk are sceptical.

I take my hat off to you Bill for actually looking at the Terms and Conditions, the rest of us just press the delete button. :D

I've had a look at the website (but not the T&Cs) and it seems to be no more than an advertising firm. They will advertise in your area and any calls to them will be sent to your firm.

Now the problem is it's the cab firm that pays for this at £1 per job sent to them, a guaranteed minimum 300 jobs per week = at least £300 per week the firm has to find, if they get 1000 jobs it's £1000 etc. Where does the cab firm re-coup this outlay from, increase driver rents or recharge each car for every job it gets ? They certainly won't pay out of the goodness of their hearts. And if I was sent a £4 job I wouldn't want to pay a £1 for the privelege.

The thinking is that if the firm gets more jobs it can take on more cars, therefore more income from rents. However my firm has 300 drivers, at the minimum guarantee of 300 jobs thats one extra job per driver per week, I can't see the firm expanding or paying £300 for that. We would need at least an extra 10 jobs per driver each day to make it worthwhile, or 21,000 jobs per week. That's an outlay of £21,000 a week !!! And 10 extra jobs each per day wouldn't be enough to take on more cars, plus those 21,000 jobs would have to come off rival firms and I can tell you now that aint gonna happen :doubt:

I wonder just how many of the "leads" would be actual jobs I remember similar schemes where yell.com or thomson local would redirect enquiries 9 out of 10 were either bogus or a dead line at the end. I suspect you could end up paying £300 for just £100 worth of work I certainly won't be signing my company up to it

Such a good idea that the original poster hasn't been back to answer the criticisms. Maybe he's too busy counting all the money he's making. :doubt:
