Gusmac, I am all for changing who runs the country, but not with more of the same... I want a system of proper representation, where politicians are held directly accountable for their actions. And to do that, we need transparency of Government, anything less, and you are guaranteed another David Cameron but with a Scots accent. As for being a Unionist, you've got to be kidding, not being blinded by Scots patriotism makes me a realist, not a unionist. This country doesn't need anymore dreamers.

A man who wants honesty and transparency from politicians, has a cheek accusing anyone else of being a dreamer.
I'm not going to wait for an outbreak of decency to sweep through the halls of Westminster.
Hell freezing over comes to mind.
If I don't like my government post independence, I will be looking to change it.
IMO it will be easier to effect change in a nation of 5.2 million than a union of 60 million.
Now you tell me what in your mind makes Scot politicians more corrupt, inept, or less transparent than their counterparts elsewhere in the UK?
I can't believe you don't get this Gusmac, if the system, isn't transparent and the politicians remain unaccountable. It won't matter who you elect. The system, get it. You need to change the system.
Politicians are all corrupt and inept, and without transparency they are not compelled to do right by you, because there is no way to find them out. The system protects itself through the interests of those who benefit from it, the politicians.
You are voting for “the system” first and the politicians second hoping that once they are in power, there might be “an outbreak of decency."
Gusmac, you are the one being played, not the other way around.
So let me spell this out for you Gusmac, Y O U A R E A D R E A M E R, if you don't believe the above to be true.
