Bernie Buxton and the taxi drivers embark on a trip to Camelot

MORE than 100 children were taken on a journey to remember by kind-hearted taxi drivers.

Lord Mayor Cllr Sharon Sullivan and celebrity hairdresser Herbert Howe were on hand to wave the group off while Liverpool WAG Danielle Lloyd and her two young sons greeted taxi drivers and children when they arrived at the park.

Founder Bernie Buxton, who brought along his Olympic torch for the occasion, said: “Everyone had a fantastic time.
