Addison Lee say they are disappointed, but will appeal. The High Court of Appeal is next, not Euro. Full judgement later tonight.

Hang on mr griffin, you're a ph baron running a ph company, if you had London black cabs then you could call yourself a taxi company.

Also I don't understand how you're customers pay more, you guys have fixed fares - only thing is they may lose out on time, but if they're so worried about time, they should get a cab next time.

If a journey is going to take longer (distance) then it will cost more, that's why his punters pay more.

The mere fact that his fees are fixed is irrelevant.
